Sadly, there is not a lot of good documentation on the Blockstrap theme, which is sad as it is far superior to all other front-end editors (in my and ChatGPT's view).
My suggestion to you is that you save frequently and familiarise yourself with how the page, template, and pattern hierarchy works. Know that if you tamper with a pattern on one page, and that pattern is also used on another page, it will be overridden on the other page as well. The same goes for templates, though it is less common to have duplication there.
