GD Core Plugin – Notifications<\/h3>\n

List of usable shortcodes: <\/strong>You can use these in the email templates to personalize your emails. The same fields are used in the notifications of\u00a0the <\/span>Prices and Payments Addon<\/a>,<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. [#client_name#]<\/strong> The name your user entered on registration<\/li>\n
  2. [#listing_link#]<\/strong> Link to the user’s listing<\/li>\n
  3. [#posted_date#]<\/strong> Date the listing was submitted<\/li>\n
  4. [#number_of_days#]<\/strong> In case you use the Prices and Payments Addon<\/a>, this is the amount of days the listing was originally paid for.<\/li>\n
  5. [#number_of_grace_days#]<\/strong>\u00a0In case you use the <\/span>Prices and Payments Addon<\/a>, this is the amount of days set at GD > Prices and Payments > General tab >\u00a0Enable pre expiry notice days<\/strong><\/em>, and is the number of days before the listing will expire or be downgraded.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. [#login_url#]<\/strong> Your site’s login URL.<\/li>\n
  7. [#username#]<\/strong> Your user’s unique username.<\/li>\n
  8. [#user_email#]<\/strong> Your user’s email address.<\/li>\n
  9. [#site_name_url#]<\/strong> The URL of your website.<\/li>\n
  10. [#renew_link#]<\/strong>\u00a0In case you use the <\/span>Prices and Payments Addon<\/a>, this is where your users can go to renew their listing.<\/span><\/li>\n

  12. [#site_name#]<\/strong> The name of your site.<\/li>\n
  13. [#from_email#]<\/strong> In most cases this will be\u00a0your\u00a0admin email, except for the Send to Friend<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0and the\u00a0Email enquiry<\/strong><\/em> popup forms.<\/span>\u00a0 These forms will use automatically the email entered into the form by your site’s visitor.<\/li>\n
  14. [#comments]<\/strong> These are the comments entered by your site’s visitor. Only relevant for the <\/span>Send to Friend<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>Email enquiry<\/strong><\/em> popup forms.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Here you can choose if you want to be notified of new registrations,\u00a0Send to Friend,<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/span>Email enquiry<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0or new listings,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    <\/a>Admin Emails tab<\/h4>\n

    Edit the email sent to admin if you have chosen to receive notification of new listings.<\/p>\n

    <\/a>Client Emails tab<\/h4>\n

    Here you can edit the emails sent to your users when:<\/p>\n

    1. they post a new listing<\/li>\n
    2. they ask for a reset\u00a0of their password (lost password)<\/li>\n
    3. they register<\/li>\n
    4. their listing gets published<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/a>Other Emails tab<\/h4>\n

      Here you can\u00a0edit the emails sent by the <\/span>Send to Friend<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>Email enquiry<\/strong><\/em> popup forms.<\/span><\/p>\n
