  1. If you only want to translate your CPT names (like Place<\/strong> and Places<\/strong>), follow the instructions here<\/a>. Only the\u00a0Multilingual Blog plugin<\/a> is required then.<\/li>\n
  2. But if you also want to translate the CPT slugs, you will need to keep reading below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Translating Custom Post Types slugs<\/h3>\n

    1. Translate your CPT names (like Place<\/strong> and Places<\/strong>) as explained above.<\/li>\n
    2. To translate your CPT slugs\u00a0(like \/places\/<\/strong> or \/events\/<\/strong> etc), you will need WPML’s String Translation<\/strong><\/em> plugin, and the Translation Management<\/strong><\/em> plugin which are\u00a0part of the Multilingual CMS plugin<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. Once the\u00a0String Translation<\/strong><\/em> and\u00a0Translation Management<\/strong><\/em> plugins are activated, go to WPML > Translation Management<\/strong><\/em>, and\u00a0select the Multilingual Content Setup<\/strong><\/em> tab. and then select\u00a0Custom posts slug translation options:

    4. Select and save Translate custom posts slugs (via WPML String Translation):
