\n\t The BuddyPress Integration<\/a> extension extends your directory by integrating the powerful BuddyPress plugin with GeoDirectory. You can create a directory-driven social network, similar to the likes of Yelp or TripAdvisor.<\/p>\n

Installation<\/h2>\n

\n\t The first step<\/strong> if you haven’t already, is to install the BuddyPress Integration extension.<\/strong> This can be done by following our guides on how to install an extension.<\/a><\/p>\n

Step 1 – Settings<\/h2>\n

Once installed and activated<\/strong>, you can find BuddyPress Integration settings at GeoDirectory > Settings > BuddyPress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\tBuddyPress Integration extension comes with sane defaults<\/strong> meaning the default settings will work for the majority of users<\/strong>, however, there are many customizations that can be done via the settings, for a full explanation of what all the settings do please see our settings overview.

Step 2 – Redirects and Slugs<\/h2>\n

Once you have installed and activated the BuddyPress Integration extension, you may wish to redirect certain pages to BuddyPress. For instance, you can redirect options such as GD Dashboard My Listing as well as the blog author links to BuddyPress profile links. <\/p>\n
