1.3.6 Update broke my GD – Help please

Since update to GD 1.3.6 , my Newspaper times theme based website is not working properly.

Cant add GD search widget to pages (when try to add screen goes blank white screen). Before the 1.3.6 update there was a GD Search widget at the top of each PD page.

Also trying to to remove an existingly set Widget from GD settings also results in a blank page. Like it cannot save any new settings onto my theme.

THere was a lot of talk about Avada and 1.3.6, will GD still work on other themes or are you forcing people to use Avada? The theme was working fine before we upgraded version.

Hello Danielle, have you tried to run the GD Tools (all the tasks) ?

HI Danielle, what steps you take exactly? Ive simply dragged the GD > Search widget in the Single Sidebar area, and it works, and the widget is showing, for example, in the “If Rice and Pasta Had a Baby” post.

Ive added this to your style.css

h1.entry-title.fn {
margin-bottom:10px;
}

so your text is not too close with the slider
