As shown here the review has been left and approved

However none of the stars are updating.

Is this cached and taking ages to update the image?

Also, I believe a user has the slug name ‘Australia’. Do I have to delete them, so WPGEO can not use Australia-1 slug(see url above)

Yes to have slug australia for the location you need to either delete the user or change its slug in the DB directly and do the same for your location.

De-activating and activating does not force an install.

If that does not fix it, we will need FTP and PHPmyAdmin access.
