I just logged into my website after being away for a couple of weeks and updated DG to 1.1.5.

now, when I go to add a new Place, under Place Attachments I see the following:

(You can upload 0 images with this package)

Wen i try to select a file from my local computer, it won’t upload.

has something changed with 1.1.5 and this functionality? I’ve never encountered this previously.

Thanks,

Bryan

You need to make sure in payment manager, that the package selected allows for picture uploading.

There has been a slight change in how settings work there only.

thx

They don’t have Payment Manager.

I guess I should also probably mention I’m running WP 3.9.1 also

Thanks,

It’s been several days without a response and this really has become a pressing issue for me as it’s holding up this site.

Any feedback anyone can provide, would be appreciated.

Thanks,

~ Bryan

According to the Place Attachment section of the Add Listing page, I am able to upload unlimited images. However, I am unable to get the software to take any images.
I click on the Select Files button.
I select my file in the window that popped up and select the Open button. Then nothing happens.

Did I miss something?

During the initial install, I was able to see images that were adding with the sample locations. Those were removed and I am now trying to add my own locations with no success with images.

I am using:
GeoDirectory plugin 1.2.3 (free not paid)
Wordpress 4.0
Chrome 37.0.2062.120
Windows 7 Home Premium

Everything works fine, only the image upload does not work. I have invested a lot of time in this plugin in order to understand the operation and for the translation into German. And a standard function does not work? this is a no go! I wanted another night after the error, read the forum and nothing happens. no update, no walkthrough, nothing. What I’ve found is that WordPress grabs all images in the directory “uploads”. When I order WordPress to save images on the day and month, then I get the message: Access is denied. if I change the permissions bothered wordpress do not mind. Access denied – even at 777. Perhaps there lies the problem. But how to repair? Or is GeoDirectory the folder structure matter? Or does GeoDirectory a tmp folder for the upload? If so, where?

WordPress 4.0
GeoDirectory 1.2.3

Even in the single upload it does not work. Maximum upload size is 2MB

And not just anything.
