Address, website, etc. details won't save

Everything was working fine and then the last few listings won’t allow a new post to save the address, facebook, email or other info for a new business. Tried turning off all plugins and using a default GD theme.

Also note that if I try to add an address to one of these listings or change the address on an older listing, I get the message “This field is required.”

***Using PHP 7.2, GD Version 2.0.0.44, & latest WP

P.S. on side note, is the advanced editor (esp. ability to add links) going to be allowed in the new GD in the future or am I missing a plcae to allow this option?

The advanced editor needs to be enabled in Custom Fields and in the Package (show advanced editor).

About he saving issue, I can see what you mean, if you add a place, then edit it, the info has not been saved. I tested the address and facebook, but also the category was removed.

Please reply with FTP so we can debug the issue on your site.

FTP credentials no longer working.

Is shows error when tried to connect:
