as far as I know, at the moment there isn’t an Affiliate plugin that would track referred listing submission.

One of the many would have to be customized to do this.

It is on our wishlist, but I can’t really tell when we will start working on it at the moment.

It’s a great plugin, and with the pro-version you can
add coupons. Example. I provide the Affiliate with the coupon,
he gives the code to the business who purchases the listings,
and the business gets a reduced rate, and the Affiliate gets
paid, via the coupon code.

It’s a user friendly system where Affiliate signs up, I screen them,
and give them their coupon code so they can do their marketing.
