Hello, i tried with multiple browsers and I can’t see your issue (see attach)

You can however tried increasing the line-height adding this in your css

.geodir-bestof-cat-list a span {
line-height:30px !important;
}

I wouldn’t call it a “bug”, but your case is specific..your names are loooong. Try increasing the width of the box with

ul.treeview.main_list {
width:300px;
}
