Hi there,

Here is the problem. I have another account by the name of Fiskani Chirwa. I recently bought the subscription but I used my business email on paypal. I then had to register the business email but I already had bought the subscription on the business email before it was registered on GD. Now it doesn’t allow me to download addons, even though I bought the subscription and it was confirmed

You are logging in as Minimap, while you should login as fiskanichirwa (that the username with active subscription)
