As you can see, the image works in the initial upload, but once the place/custom post type is updated, it breaks the image (the image seems to disappear entirely). I’ve seen posts about this issue here but no real solutions.

images must be uploaded using the GD uploader tool, not the featured image uploader.

The featured image will be set automatically.

I am sorry, you are using the right tool, the video isn’t clear enough to see it.

I’ve tried to recreate this on my test website and I wasn’t able to. Editing listing doesn’t remove the image.

Can you please provide a URL and admin credentials so that I can see it directly?

GeoDirectory require media to be organized my uploads into month- and year-based folders.
