You might need to open a new browser to trick it.
I think it is either activated or not, but I stand to be corrected.
You will find new settings in your Multilocation settings but they are not related to the Share Location add-on.

It is impossible to make a plugin that adapts to all and any html template present in the thousands of wordpress theme available.

We made the GD template flexible and adaptable via hooks and filters.

ABout 20 1 line functions are needed to make template compatible with Enfold for example.

Stiofan already worked on them and we will release them once core and new multilocaiton are stable.
