I have two post types on my site (clinics and schools). I see that the Map will load all post types or you and show which ones not to show. This is my question.

Can the map only load schools when it’s on the schools post type and only clinics when it’s on clinic post types?

If you see here, you see the problem I’m having:
http://www.physicaltherapist.com/find-pt-schools/
This shows the clinics as default. If I hide the clinics then they won’t show up on the clinics page.

Please let me know your thoughts.

You should add the GD Listings map to the Listings page, then http://www.physicaltherapist.com/find-physical-therapy-clinics/ will show your clinics and http://www.physicaltherapist.com/find-pt-schools/ will show your schools.
The GD Home Map is only for the GD Homepage, like http://www.physicaltherapist.com/location/
