Can't Export to CSV

I have set up some custom post types and custom field and want to export to CSV so I have a template for importing records into this structure. However I get the following error when attempting to run the export tool.
‘Fail, something wrong to create csv file.’ no other information was provided can you assist? I am running the latest version of the software 1.4.9

Mmmm, not sure what is happening here. Server or multisite issue. I’ll get one of the others to look at this.
Can you also post your FTP and database details please.

Hi,

Is the plugin network activated or activated site by site?

All GD plugins must be activated on each single websites. They won’t work correctly if network activated.

We will also need network admin credentials if you want us to check.
