Can't find settings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Sorry for what might be a dumb question but I am unable to find the settings page for the pricing & payments. I was looking at the video and it showed hovering over the GeoDirectory option in the left panel and that gave a list of all the addons to select from. When I mouse over I do not see the list, I only see Dashboard, Settings, Status and Extensions.
