Suppose we have selected “b” city, then its results will displayed. In this situation if i have to see results of X region( all cities a,b,c results will display), Unfortunately X region is non clickable and if i have to see, First i have to click everywhere then Click on X region. Then only it will displayed all X Region Results. So can’t we change region during cities are selected. As what is the need of click everywhere again and again ?

As in Geodirectory If someone have selected Philadelphia(city) then he won’t be able to Select Pennsylvania(Region).
