Can't update plugins

Seems I can’t update some plugins via the auto_updater. I have entered my credentials and the licence key is there when I check. I successfully updated geodirectory and advanced search filters, but cluster/location/claim-manager does not want to update.

This is the error message I get:
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I have 75gb of space on my hosting provider, so that’s not the issue. I’ve tried increasing the memory as well.

Hi,

I’ve tried updating one of them and the error given was wrong credentials.

I’ve changed your credentials in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates with mine and the 3 plugins updated fine at 1st attempt.

Probably you didn’t copy the licence key correctly. Make sure you are copying it completely, but without extra blank spaces at the beginning or at the end.

You still ahve GDF to update if you want to test.
