I know it shows up under the detail listing page as a tab and probably if it is added as a sorting option…not sure if it is used elsewhere?

Is there a way of changing the wording from the UI? Wasn’t seeing anything.

If not, it would be great to have a tab in the Admin area for changing default text like you can in the Custom Fields under the Place Settings…Admin Title, Frontend Title, etc.

you can change that via po/mo file like it would be done to translate any text string.
