Claim listing flow half working

Something in the process is broken for me. Claim listing links are present in both header and side nav. Clicking links bring up the lightbox form. However, when the form is submitted (“Send” button is pushed), the lightbox does not close. When you navigate to the listing page, it does not say “claim sent.” The request does show up in admin dashboard, it can be approved and shows as approved on the claim listing dashboard. Also notification emails are sent. However, the listing detail page does not show “listing claimed.”

Two other pieces
– is the lightbox form a ninja form? I do not show a related form on the ninja admin list.
– I’m using the listimia theme. maybe it is a them thing?

Any thoughts?
