I’m just investigating the emails that GD sends out, and have encountered an issue that I can’t work out.

In the new sign up emails, the code

[#client_name#]

will generate the client name (i.e. Ben Hudson), which is great. However, in the forgotten password email, the same code seems to generate the username (i.e. ben-hudson-3) which isn’t ideal. Is there any way around this?

Thanks
Ben

I’ve flagged this for the developers to double check and fix.

We’ll let you know when the fix is available.

Thanks for spotting it.
