I’ve just gone through the Po file, following the video tutorial, but I can’t find “Neighbourhood” in order to rename it.

Also, in the Address field in Custom Fields there is a label option for Country, Region and City but not Neighbourhood (I do have Neighbourhoods enabled and added, and showing on the Add Listing page).
