Regardless of the number I insert in the field “Advanced Search – Geolocation Settings – Default Near Me miles limit (1-200)” (screen capture 1), the Search Bar always shows the same limits (screen capture 2).

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks and regards.

However, you should have a slider there, see image.
Can you post your URL and admin please?

.gdas-range {border: 1px solid grey;}
to GD > design > scripts > css

I don’t think it is possible what you are asking without changing the core code.
I’ll ask the others too.

I look forward to your news about the Near Me range limits.

no that can’t be limited without modifying the Advance search filter addon.

Thanks

I hope you will consider this modification for future updates.

I think that it could be a very useful and logical functionality for single location directories. For example, imagine that we are spending the day in the town and it is lunch time: we will want to find a restaurant in the same town near our location. Or if we are shopping for shoes, we will want to look for shoe stores around.

So all any limiting would accomplish, is that there would be less listings returned.

But as usual, feel free to add it as a feature request.

Thanks!!
