Looking in the Admin, I can see that the listing is “2 days overdue,” but the actual listing doesn’t appear to have changed at all…still 3 images, uploaded file, GA, social links, etc.

When I view the Places listing in the Admin area, I see the Purchased package selected by the radio button.

If I manually downgrade the listing and view it on the front end, GA stats drop off, as do the social links and the link to the uploaded file disappears, however, the listing still has all 3 images, rather than only showing 1.

Cheers,
Brian

– is your Free/basic package set to have 1 listing?
– when you test the listing, are you testing it with a pre-existent listing (published before your Purchased package?)

Im asking these because what I did on my test site is:

– modify the Free package and setting 1 to image limit
– creating a “Premium” package with 5 images as limit
– Adding a Premium listing with 5 images
– Downgrading it to the Free Package

And all is working as expected.

In general though, I created new packages and new listings.

Was noticing now though that in the Admin UI, some of those that should have been downgraded are now downgraded and showing as “never” for expiration in the Places list rather than a date and -days expired.

I don’t remember for sure…lots of testing beginning to blur, but I think some of the ones that are now downgraded had 3 images (max for my test 2 package) but are now showing 2 images (though test 1 package should only allow 1 image). But maybe I only put 2 images in there to begin with.

I gave Vikas access in another post, so not sure if he made any changes, but some of the functionality certainly appears to be acting different than it was. Maybe it was an update, maybe it was simply time expiration, or something else…don’t know.
