In the email temlplate, the [#email#] usage resulted in no such email data.

How to let also the emails in general to be with line shifts?

email is added to the reply-to email header so, clicking reply to the email received will disclose the address of the enquirer.

We can add it as shortcode too. I’ve asked to the devs to implement it.
