I have activated the multicity option and have set the Default city to Delhi.
I have also activated the everywhere options and have added places across India. For example:

One place Narayana has been added in Region = Assam and City = Guwahati. However the bread crumbs on opening the page for this place shows:

Home > Places > India > Delhi > Places > Narayana, Guwahati

The correct should have been:

Home > Places > India > Assam > Places > Narayana, Guwahati

as the region is Assam not Delhi.
