Expiration date listings – issues

    Hi, I am having problems with the expiration date. For exampel had a listing which I just changed to another package (current had expired). The expiration date did not change, then it automatically changed it down again to another package because it said it had expired!! How can I controll this? Should not listings automatically get a new expiration date when you change their package either from backend or frontend? Thanks for your help. Aline

    That will only work through the frontend. Did you try that?

    Hi, I changed one listing now and it did not change the expiration date! I am during this time giving everyone a free listing for 90 days and then it should change automatically to another after that time. If the listing already have an expiration date…..and I now upgrade it, it will automatically change the next day to the package it should only change to after 90 days!! How can we solve this? I would like to be able to change the expiration date myself as an admin.

    Appreciate your help.
