Fatal error: Call to undefined function ….

I just installed all the plugins, GeoDirectory Framework, and GDF Modern child theme. I am using the latest version of word press. i have no other themes or plugins installed. I had just setup this wordpress site. I installed Elegant Themes Divi Theme and then tried installing the plugins and right away noticed the fatal error. Then I uninstalled the divi theme and the default wordpress plugins used the most recent wordpress theme and still had fatal error. Then I installed the framework and gdf modern child theme and still the fatal error.

I am assuming all i need to do is have the plugs’ and then I can use any theme? plus change my permalinks, is there something else? Really, i guess the Framework is needed, but does the framework work with any themes? I’m just trying to understand the potential of this because originally coming from geotheme to geodirectory i was under the impression that the point of this change was to enable us to use any theme.

Is there information somewhere that explains basic setup requirements?

Lastly, can you help me fix this site where the fatal error is occurring? It’s call “www.VeganLinked.com”. I’ll set you up a username and password…
