my site is hosted under an SSL-encrypted domain (htts://…) unfortunately, whenever I run the search I get instead of results an “Bad Request” (400) in which I am told that I am sending an http-request to an https-site. I know that I can simply turn of the ssl-option, but than I would’ve purchased the certificate for nothing.

Is there a way to have all request originating from DG and Plug-ins, Themes, etc go out as https?

Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.
It seems to be ur server issue. Plz talk to ur hosting provider about this error.
