The image you posted is your Listings page.
You can change the layout by going to GD > design > listings tab, then add or remove sections on the page.
Then go to Appearance > widgets > and add widgets to the relevant sections.

There is most likely a conflict with the CSS of your theme.
You might need to adjust your CSS, or use a theme that is compatible with GD without any tweaks.
