I would like to add Titles, Alt Text, and Descriptions to the image to Optimize their SEO. The only image I can find from a GeoDirectory Listing in the Media Library is the Feature Image. Where do the other images get stored and can they be added or edited in the WordPress Media Library?

They are stored in the uploads folder.
The filename of the image will be used for the ALT and the TITLE attribute of the image, for example My_Photo.jpg will give an alt and title attribute of My_Photo.
