For example, what we have is a state, that is divided into three different sections, North, Central and South. Each one of those has a set of cities that belong to it. eg.

North
– city 1
– city 2
– city 3
Central
– city 1
– city 2
– city 3
South
– city 1
– city 2
– city 3

Any help much appreciated!
