Google Map displaying For Development purposes only

Hi,

I created a google account on which I entered banking information for billing. I created the API key for Google Maps and I entered it in geodirectory settings but when I use it on my geodirectory site, I get the following message :
For Development purposes only. And a popup window displays saying Impossible to load correctly Google Maps on this page (with an OK button).

I have installed Google Maps API checker in Chrome and when I browse to the page containing my map Google Maps API checker tells me that my site is correctly using an API key when loading the Maps. So why is it displaying this message ?
