We prefer use only the address box with google autocomplete to set the address country and city in order to make the insert more easy for the user.

We use Multilocation addon.

In this case, in the multilocation settings you can enable the default country and the default city, and so you will only see the address.

Ok Simone resolved, we have multicity directory but we see that the combo updates automatically when we put the address. probably during the test, something was wrong and combo was remain unselected.
