If i removed the home page map and added a slider in it is place is it possible to put the home page map inside the slider as one of the slides using a shortcode or other way around?

If it is possible, I’d bet it would be terribly slow.

Shortcodes are being added to core. Not sure they will be in the next coming version, but definitely will be very soon.

Once you have the shortcode you could try, but I don’t guarantee it will work.
