I dont want my home page to be directory. ive seen your links from other people with the same question that link to the documentation, but i need more info about how to set this up. Is it a regular page with widgets inserted? Or….

It is a virtual page named “Location”.

Yes it is composed using widget areas:

GD > Home top section
GD > Home content section
GD > Home right sidabar
GD > Home left sidebar
GD > Home bottom section

All these sections can be enabled/disabeld and their width can be edited via GeoDirectory >> Design >> Home settings page.

The slug via GeoDirectory >> Permalinks (must be different from Places or whatever you use for listings)
