For the listings page, the settings is in GeoDirectory >> design >> listings >> Listing content section view.

For home page and sidebar widgets, in each individual widget options.

It still displays as a 2 column view, with a dropdown to pick your view.

I don’t want a dropdown visible to the end user, and I want list view.
Using Divi vanilla and have many issues with GeoDirectory despite it being “compatible” with Divi out of the box.

I shall have to explore other directory or custom post type plugins that work with Divi properly.

Most likely it’s the recent updates to Divi that are breaking functionality as Elegant Themes has made various improvements over 4 or 5 versions in the last few months.

we checked again today with the developers and they made me notice I was wrong. The listings page was working correctly and showing as list. What was showing as grid was a page I forgot I made with a shortcode.

The only reason we can think of, to explain why you are seeing a grid instead of a list, it could be because that page isn’t a listings page, but the grid is the output of a widget or a shortcode.

If you could at least send us a screenshots (showing the URL structure as well) we could tell you more.

Also there was a bug (now fixed) if you have the sidebar set to the left and had a specific widget setting there, it could override it.
