How to claim when not logged in

    When a logged in user clicks the “Business Owner?” link, they see a form with a link that explains how to claim a listing, but when an unregistered user does this, they simply get the login page with no explanation about the claim process. I think this is confusing for unregistered users. Is there a way to explain the claim process to unregistered users when they click on “Business Owner?” Maybe I’m missing something.
