in the “new listing” form, when choosing the categories for the entry, there’s always the option to choose each category as default / start category for new listings. How can I hide this option?
Thanks,
Tom

thanks for the quick answer. OK, maybe then I did not yet understand exactly what this setting does.
Yould you explain, please? If the listing is in two categories, cat1 and cat2. And I make the checkmark in cat1?

What happens if the user does not set the checkmart, neither in cat1 nor in cat2?

Thanks for clarification,
Tom

I have to slightly correct what Simone explained.

The default catgeory defines the category showing in the URL, if the post is in more than 1 catgeory. The icon on the map is picked up differently and we can’t force it to use the default catgeory.

Thx

Thanks,
