I have had a client complain that images as missing when he is viewing the site from his Blackberry. This is what he sent me

I have the Z30 Blackberry and I just pulled it up on there and I can see the boxes but the pictures are not there

can you please advise as to why this is happening?

Not so funny thing, the solution provided is identical to the way we do it on GD.

We will install a blackberry simulator to try and see if we can fix it, but this will be a hard one to debug and could take some time.

We use emulators.

On emulator it worked and their browser is reported to be compatible with the css used: http://caniuse.com/#feat=background-img-opts

Nobody ever reported this issue before.
