When I do a search it finds the adverts and shows them, also the newly added ones in the side column but when I click on them its a 404 – don’t want to add any more adverts until I can get this resolved.

I do notice that there is an entry in the permalinks custom structure that is /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

I never added this.

I have attached a screen dump of geo’s permalinks form and wp’s

Any help would be appreciated,

it has double up on:

united-kingdom/derbyshire/coxbench/

why would hat happen and how can I sort it please.

Usually you only see the index.php value in the url when there is something wrong with your .htaccess file, do you get any warnings on the WP permalinks screen saying it’s not writeable?
