Now what I am looking to do is create a main page where the map will represent all the listings from all the post types. I also would like under the map to have all the listings. Finally I do not want to put it all under one post type but leave the listings under the respective custom post types it is already under.

I like the way I have the search bar working and find it to be great when I select a particular post type. But I need a landing page to support all of this.

How can we get this completed?

GeoDirectory was designed to allow to browse one CPT at a time. Doing a query involving all CPTs would degradew performances of any website with many listing in various CPTs.
