GeoDirectory SupportLocations not showing on map – GeoDirectory Support

I have recently installed GeoDirectory on my website, added a few sample businesses with correct addresses and info to see how this plugin works. Everything looks great for my purposes, however, the maps aspect of the plugin is not working properly.

If I put the map at the top of my places page, it show a map image, but says “no records found”. In each individual listing, within the listing as well as in the sidebar, no image of a map displays, just a grey area and it says “no records found”. The image is attached.

I thought it may be a conflict with the IG Pagebuilder plugin I had installed so I removed the plugin and it is still happening.

Have I set up something incorrectly?

other than the address did you click the set address on map button? Or manually added Lat and Long coordinates?

A link to actually see the website, rather than a image, would be much more useful to assist you…

looks like your places are uncategorized.

Add places categories with icons, assign your places to them and it will work.

Adding dummy data is a good way to understand what kind of data the plugins needs to work properly.
