In the meantime what is the best way to add more details of the different kinds of listing options we have

At the moment it just shows the option for the listing and the price but there is no space that I can see to add in an explanation of the different packages.

Unless I am missing something?

Otherwise you can create a folder named geodirectory within your active theme (or child theme) and paste inside a copy of add-listing.php that you find in geodirectory/geodirectory-templates/. At that point you can modify the template. For example by adding an extra widget area on top of the add listing page before the ###### MAIN CONTENT ###### section.

Alternative, use the translation file to modify “Select Package” to whatever you want to add.

Also after doing this I looked at my site from a non user point of view to see what happens when they claim a listing. I wanted to make sure they had the option to upgrade.

The problem is I don’t see a claim listing option, despite having the claims manager plugin installed.

p.s. in listing claims, did you add any custom post type in : Choose post types for show claim listing link?

The force ugrade options are not complete yet. It shouldn’t be enabled until we release the new payment manager.
