After clicking ‘preview’ they can successfully see the categories that were applied (see Screenshot 2015-02-28 12.12.23, attached.)

However when the listing is published, all but the first category are removed (see Screenshot 2015-02-28 12.12.30, attached.)

I am using custom post types. But I only have one custom post type.

In Prices and Payments it had Category Limit, “Leave blank for unlimited, can not be 0(ZERO)”. Well it was 0. I don’t remember ever entering that value – is it the default? (I think ‘blank’ would be the best default for this field.)
