When selecting near me, the listings show but the map doesn’t zoom in? My directory is country wide (Australia) so I really need to get this near me map function to show correctly again (I have the near me radius set to 35km).

I also have the ‘do you wish to be geolocated…?) pop-up activated, when clicking yes it will show the blue pulsing location marker but again doesn’t zoom the map in, just leaves it set to country wide. Users have to manually scroll into see their location and what’s around them?

How can I fix this please?!

Cheers

(So please ignore original post).

The only issue I’m trying to work through now is setting the map zoom level, if I select a level (which I’ve noticed only seems to work if you deselect the ‘Map Auto Zoom’) to make the map/country show a bit larger on the home page, then the near me function no longer zooms in to the close up view – I’m assuming there’s no way around this as once you select the map zoom level then the settings stick regardless of selecting near me?

It’s not a deal breaker but the geographical area that shows on my map on the home page is massive!

Thanks

Why don’t you just the auto-zoom? It will automatically adjust to the listings shown on your map? Or am I missing the point?

Setting the zoom level is really only recommended for maps that have only one listing on them, for example on the detail page.

Ideally I would prefer if it just showed Australia…

Cheers

Increase the height or decrease the width.
