Need help in arranging tabs.

    Hi Team,
    I messed up something, i was trying to rearrange tabs for listing details page and deleted some tabs in CPT-Settings-Tabs, Now When i am trying to add them back i am getting some error messages, stating below message:-
    Tab “Field Name” already exists!

    Please help. what can i do to correct it. It is a sort of urgent as i was thinking it will be as easy as drag and drop. Website is live.

If it doesn’t work correctly out of the box, please go through this conflict test https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test .     Hi Kor,
    Thanks for the quick reply, I just Solved this with database manager 5 minutes before, I really don’t know what is this problem all about. When i launched database manager with Cloudways i saw few things and changed some values like 1 to 0 and then i tried to add those tabs and it worked.

    But i think the main problem is still there. Because i see duplicate values, Sending you a screenshot and please let me know if you understand the main cause of this issue, It might have given me a panic attack.

    The 2nd & 7th Row makes me think about it.

    As per my opinion, when we delete any tabs it is not getting deleted from the database that is causing this issue when we try to add them back. Please suggest if i am missing anything in settings.

    Are you seeing any issues on the site right now?

    Do you already have listing data in the site?

    If there are duplicate fields in the custom fields, can you delete them?

    If we need to check the settings please share WP Admin credentials and FTP and database connection info.

    Hi Surender,

    Very first we do not recommend changing database tables values directly. as it may cause other issues.
    there could several other cause of this particular issue.

    Please share site details in private reply. so I can take a look of the issue.

    Hi Alex & Naveen,
    Thanks for the quick support to your team, It seems to be a plugin conflict. I removed 2 plugins and after that this issue is solved. Below are the plugins.
    Popup Maker
    WP Hide & Security Enhancer
    I think ‘WP Hide & Security Enhancer’ could be the reason for that because it has re-write functions and might have made any folder name that is why in the picture few tabs does not show value gd_places. I figured this out as it was on 1 website but other websites was not facing any issues.

    Anyways the issue is solved you can close this topic.
