I have two problems to clarify.
1. Where i can find the place to enable this feature.
2. Even without registration , published post can be edited.

Please help me on the above maters.

2. You should find that if you open your site in a different browser, so that you are not logged in as admin, you will not be able to edit a published post.
For example, try editing http://wpgeo.directory/attractions/france/all/all/museum/saint-hilaire/
