I am enabling marker clusters but when I go to Design/Marker Clusters the “Show marker cluster on selected maps” it does not give me any maps to select from.

Only the 1st are currently recognized by marker cluster, but we fixed that already and will be available in next batch of releases (today or tomorrow).

for widgets it works only for home maps.

For the schortcode there is a parameter to activate marker cluster:
