At one point i wasn’t receiving any but installing the mail plugin and using a smtp setup resolved that issue.

They are only sent to the primary email registered in Settings >> General.

This is how WordPress works, not GeoDirectory. You should change that email to one the 4 of you can share, or put a forward on yours to be sent to them too.
